As an artist, we believe it is important to constantly develop your skills and work your 'acting muscles'. Therefore it is our ambition to offer FREE workshops for actors whenever possible. These workshops are normally designed for a group of 4 - 8 actors and focus on a specific subject, play or approach.

Details for upcoming workshops will be announced here and actors can sign up for it - first come, first serve! There are no obligations whatsoever and the attendance is absolutely free, however, once your place is confirmed, we ask you to give us at least 48 hours notice in case you have to cancel. This allows other actors to take this opportunity and helps us to use our resources in the best possible way (because we all know that time and rehearsal space costs money). Failure to fullfil this cancellation policy will result in exclusion from future opportunities.

Workshops for schools

We are now touring to schools in Greater London and England with our productions of Othello, The Taming of the Shrew and Twelfth Night - please find more information here.

Current workshops

We currently don't run a workshop, please come back later.

Past workshop: Orpheus and Eurydice

Alongside our production of Orpheus & Eurydice, we are offering workshops for the local community as well as actors, who want to train their classical singing skills. In April and May 2014, a group of 20 people works with musical director Andrew Charity and stage director Pamela Schermann on singing, acting and movement. Participants of the workshops will have an opportunity to perform in our opera production at the Rose Playhouse, Bankside in June 2014 together with professional opera singers.

This workshop took place every Tuesday evening at Bubble Theatre in Rotherhithe throughout April and May 2014.
